Dr Arulpathy Murugesan
Dr. Arulpathy originates from Kovathur, a small village situated between Chennai and Chengalpet district in Tamil Nadu. His father, an ayurvedic doctor, has been dedicatedly serving the village since 1976, offering medical assistance without expecting anything in return from the villagers. Despite the tribal nature of the village, his father tirelessly attends to various ailments at a minimal cost, particularly snake bites, as he is the sole doctor available.

Inspired by his father's selfless service, Dr. Arulpathy pursued a career in medicine with the goal of supporting his father in the village. In the 1990s, his father established a non-profit organization named Dr. Arulpathy Health and Educational Trust. Through this trust, they conducted numerous medical and health camps in and around the village, providing assistance to many people. During his early school years, Dr. Arulpathy actively assisted his father in these noble endeavors.

Professional Qualification: In 2007, Arulpathy Murugesan completed his Ayurvedic medicine degree from Dr. M.G.R Medical University. The following year, in 2008, he undertook a postgraduate diploma in emergency medical services in Pune, focusing on addressing emergency medical issues faced by his villagers. In 2017, he received a fellowship in the standardization of Indian systems of medicine from Dr. M.G.R Medical University. Subsequently, in 2020, he earned a Master's degree in Surgery with a specialization in Ayurveda.

Dr. Arulpathy has consistently excelled in his studies, being an outstanding student in the field of medicine. Through his trust, he has successfully treated numerous illnesses, conducting medical camps and health awareness sessions regularly for the underprivileged community.

He has also trained numerous physicians from across the nation in this innovative approach.
A tale of inspiration: My father, Founder Dr. V. Murugesan ESMP, has been a dedicated doctor since 1972, tirelessly serving our village without expecting anything in return. He has provided medical care for various ailments at a minimal cost. Given the tribal nature of our village, snake bites are a common occurrence, and he is the sole doctor available, working round the clock to attend to such cases. His selfless service, empathy towards the villagers, and dedication to his profession have instilled in me a strong desire to pursue a career in medicine, with the goal of supporting my father in his noble profession.
